Our buildings are made in 3m × 6m modules (“pods”). You can have a single module or combine multiple to create larger layouts — for example, 6m × 6m, 6m × 9m, 6m x 12m are the most popular and there are more options. You can add as many together as you wish to build the size and design you are after. With custom options available, to suit your needs.

Standard pricing includes a flat-profile EPS 50mm insulated panel for internal and external walls. The colour is Monument externally (looks like Basalt) & Surfmist internally. There are options to upgrade the external panel to a cladding-style EPS panel for a more homely appearance. There is also an Internal V-joint panelling option available at an extra cost.

We use Lysaght roofing products (high-quality, durable Australian steel). The roof profile can be either a skillion or flat roof profile. The internal ceiling panel is a 50mm, with a circulation gap above and the Lysaght roofing above.

No – our Portable buildings are made here in Newcastle in NSW. Shipping Containers are only 2.4m wide with no insulation. Our Portable Buildings are a minimum of 3m wide with insulated walls and ceiling.

Each 3m × 6m module is delivered by truck. Two modules fit per truck. Larger buildings will arrive in multiple loads and be placed on prepared footings.

Our buildings can be installed on a concrete slab, concrete pads, bessa blocks, brick piers, or steel anchor piers. Footings must be installed before delivery by a licensed tradesperson — we can recommend trusted contractors.

In most cases you will need a Development Application (DA) or Complying Development

Certificate. Requirements vary by council and site. Our buildings are Section 68 compliant, and there are options for working drawings and specs for your DA application.

Yes — you can choose your layout, door and window placement, external panel style, internal layout, adding in Bathrooms, Kitchens, Bedrooms and even verandas or decking.

Once your design and approvals are finalised, and quote accepted, the build time is typically 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery and installation generally take 1–2 days.

Yes – We have a display yard in Newcastle NSW. Our yard is located at 5 – 7 Chatham Road, Hamilton North NSW 2292. Coming soon to other states across Australia.

All steel frames are engineer-certified for structural integrity and rated up to N3 wind classification which covers all of NSW, ACT, Victoria, South Australia, half of WA and any non-cyclone area.

Our steel frames can be upgraded to C1, C2 or C3 certification and will need to be drawn by our engineers, and, priced specifically to the area nominated.

We provide a 12-month warranty on the building, plus manufacturer warranties on components.

Yes — modular construction allows for relocation (transport and re-installation costs apply).
