Meet the Ningaloo — a 6x6m portable building that brings the outdoors in, pairing self-contained living with its own decked verandah. It takes everything that makes the Barossa a complete little home and reworks the floor plan to make room for a proper outdoor space.

Delivered as two 6x3m units and joined together on site, the Ningaloo dedicates part of its 36 m² footprint to a verandah — a spot to sit, unwind and enjoy the surroundings, right at your door. Inside, the living space is a touch more compact as a result, but the essentials are all present and accounted for: a master bedroom with a large glass window, an ensuite bathroom with a space-smart curved shower, and a 2.1m standard kitchen with a 1050 x 1050mm window on the left bringing in natural light. Washing machine plumbing connections keep the laundry sorted, split-system air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, and the sliding glass door ties the indoor and outdoor spaces together. It’s finished with a full electrical fit-out and hard-wearing vinyl plank flooring throughout.
