Site Office Containers for Sale

Our standard range covers three sizes: 10ft (~6.7 m², under 3 m long), 20ft (~12 m² — the standard site office for a two-to-three person crew), and 40ft (~26 m² with dual air conditioning). All three share the same insulated, powered fit-out — the difference is floor space.

Nothing — they’re two names for the same product. A site office, container office, shipping container office, mobile office container or portable container office all describe a fitted workspace built into a container shell. Whatever you call it, the unit is insulated, wired, air conditioned and relocatable as standard freight.

Every unit arrives finished: 50mm EPS insulated panel lining, an Australian Standard electrical fit-out with RCD switchboard, LED lighting and GPO outlets, reverse-cycle split system air conditioning, commercial vinyl flooring, a lockable steel PA door and barred sliding windows. It’s ready to power up and work the day it lands.

Container offices run Australian worksites end to end. A construction site container office serves as the project office, induction point and document store from establishment to handover. On mine sites, container site offices cover gatehouses, weighbridges and site administration. Civil and infrastructure programs use them as administration compounds that move with the works, while events, farms and regional operations use office containers as secure ticket offices, first-aid rooms and permanent weatherproof workspaces.

By tilt tray, side-loader or crane truck depending on the size and your site access — 10ft and 20ft units suit all three methods, while the 40ft is delivered by side-loader or crane. We also offer crane unload and remote access solutions, and because the fitted unit keeps its standard container footprint, no oversize permits are needed.

Requirements vary by council and by how the unit is classified on your site — always check your local council regulations before installing. Our fit-out materials are selected to meet NCC requirements, which helps where the office is classified as a building.
