1. Purpose and Commitment
Shipping Container Services Australia Pty Ltd (“SCSAU”) is committed to conducting its operations ethically, lawfully, and responsibly. Ethical behaviour is fundamental to our quality outcomes, safety performance, environmental responsibility, and long-term sustainability. This Ethics Policy establishes the principles that guide decision-making and behaviour across all areas of our business and supports our commitment to internationally recognised management system standards, including ISO-aligned best practice.
2. Ethical Leadership and Governance
SCSAU’s leadership is responsible tor promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct. Ethical considerations are integrated into business planning, operational decision-making, and risk management processes. Management is accountable for:
- Setting clear expectations tor ethical behaviour
- Ensuring adequate resources and controls are in place
- Monitoring compliance and continuous improvement
3. Integrity, Honesty, and Fair Dealing
We conduct business with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times. SCSAU does not tolerate:
- Bribery, corruption, or improper inducements
- Fraud, theft, or misuse of company assets
- Misleading, deceptive, or unethical conduct
All representations made to customers, suppliers, regulators, and stakeholders must be accurate, lawful, and made in good faith.

Failure to comply with this Ethics Policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts.

This Ethics Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective, relevant, and aligned with legal obligations, ISO-aligned best practice, and organisational objectives.
13. Supporting Policies
This policy operates alongside SCSAU’s internal governance framework, including our Code of Conduct, WHS policies, environmental policies, and compliance procedures.
