Kakadu — 6x6m Range | Aussie Modular Series

Meet the Kakadu — a 6x6m portable building designed for comfortable, self-contained living. With two bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry plumbing already in place, it delivers a genuinely liveable space in a smart, easy-to-position modular design. Part of the Aussie Modular range. View brochure.

Delivered as two 6x3m units and joined together on site, the Kakadu opens up into a well-planned 36 m² home-away-from-home. The two bedrooms give you real separation and privacy, while the bathroom comes fitted with a rectangle shower and its own window for natural light and ventilation. Washing machine plumbing connectors mean the laundry is ready to go, and split-system air conditioning keeps things comfortable through every season. The sliding glass door and two 1m x 1m glass windows fill the living space with light, and it’s all finished with a full electrical fit-out and hard-wearing vinyl plank flooring.

Whether you need staff accommodation, a granny flat, a guest house or self-contained living on a rural or remote property, the Kakadu is ready to move into — with the quality, reliability and Australia-wide support you expect from SCS Australia.
